REQUIREMENTS FOR APPOINTMENT TO PRIVATE
A minimum of Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education D+ (plus) or its approved equivalent;
Must have undergone the initial NYS Paramilitary Training
Be in possession of National Trade Test, Craft or Diploma Certificate in the above listed courses and
Have no Criminal record
Senior Service Man/Woman (I and II) certificate required for General Duty Cadre.
