About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring machine reliability, operational efficiency, and product quality while maintaining the highest standards of safety and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
Machine reliability checks and preventive/corrective maintenance.
Ensure machine availability and efficiency through scheduled servicing.
Collect, document, and share operational information with relevant stakeholders.
Execute production processes professionally to achieve high productivity.
Maintain safety standards for self, colleagues, equipment, and the environment.
Provide on-the-job training to new recruits and trainees.
Operate machinery independently with minimal technical support.
Conduct quality, production, and business systems checks with proper documentation.
Collaborate effectively during shifts and within team environments.
Proactively identify and implement improvements to enhance safety, performance, and quality.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Electronic Engineering.
2 - 3 years' experience in an FMCG environment.
Experience working on a 24-hour rotational shift system.
Strong computer literacy.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
