Key Responsibilities
Coordinate procurement processes from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Source and evaluate suppliers, obtain quotations, and support vendor selection
Prepare and process purchase orders in line with internal procedures
Trock orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and documentation
Support cost negotlations while maintaining quallty standards
Ensure compliance with procurement policles and arganizational guidelines
Liaise with internal teams to understand and meet procurement needs
Monitor stock levels and support inventory management
Prepare procurement reports and support audits when needed
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
2-3 years" experlence in procurement, logistics, or administrative coordination
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with close attention to detail
Experience using ERP/procurement systems (e.g. Odoo) is required
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Good communication and negotiation skills
