Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of purchase requisitions and purchase orders
Support supplier communication and follow-ups
Obtain and compare supplier quotations
Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation
Assist in receiving and verifying delivery documents
Support inventory tracking and stock updates
Monitor order status and delivery timelines
Ensure proper filing of procurement records and contracts
Support compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Perform any other procurement duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of procurement processes
Strong computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
Good communication and organizational skills
High integrity and ability to handle confidential information
