Job Brief
PSL is seeking a Procurement Lead & Officer to oversee procurement activities, manage supplier relationships, and ensure cost-effective sourcing.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies
Source, negotiate, and manage vendor contracts
Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
Manage procurement budgets and expenditures
Maintain strong supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with internal controls and procurement standards
Supervise junior procurement staff
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field with a minimum of 10 years' procurement or supply chain experience
Experience in the Oil and Gas industry is a plus.
Professional certification (e.g. CIPS) is an added advantage
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Knowledge of procurement best practices and controls
