Procurement Manager (Aviation – Engineering) at XEJet

Job Description


We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Procurement Manager with strong expertise in aviation engineering procurement to join our team.
This role is critical to ensuring the seamless sourcing and availability of aircraft spare parts, while maintaining compliance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across the procurement lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage the Engineering Stores and ensure optimal inventory control
Source and procure aircraft spare parts in line with operational requirements
Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to delivery
Engage and manage relationships with OEMs, vendors, and other external stakeholders
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across all procurement activities


Requirements:


Minimum of five (5) years' experience in Engineering Procurement within the aviation industry (mandatory)
Strong understanding of aircraft spare parts sourcing and supply chain dynamics
Proven track record of performance in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to leverage industry knowledge and networks to drive results
