Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent, proactive, and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Source, evaluate, and engage suppliers and vendors.
Prepare and process purchase orders and procurement documentation.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with suppliers.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
Track orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Perform other procurement-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
High level of integrity and attention to detail.
