Key Responsibilities
Receive and validate purchase requisitions.
Source suppliers, request quotations, and prepare comparison reports.
Draft LPOs, follow up on deliveries, invoices, and payments.
Procure office supplies, facility repair items, and technology equipment (IT hardware, CCTV, printers, etc.).
Ensure compliance with documentation, KRA requirements, and three-way matching.
Track procurement progress, supplier KPIs, and prepare routine reports.
Support GA tasks including permits/licenses liaison and administrative contract coordination with Legal.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Procurement/Supply Chain/Business or related field.
1 - 2 years' procurement experience (operational/admin procurement preferred).
Strong Excel skills (quotation analysis).
Good communication, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Experience working with Legal/Finance/government entities is an advantage.
