Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Supervisor to oversee daily procurement activities and ensure timely sourcing and supply of goods within a retail/supermarket environment.
The ideal candidate must have strong vendor management, negotiation, and inventory coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily procurement and purchasing operations
Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and quality
Ensure timely purchase and delivery of goods to prevent stock-outs
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance
Maintain proper procurement records and documentation
Work closely with inventory and store teams for stock planning
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
Prepare procurement reports and updates for management

Requirements
B.Sc / HND in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
3 - 5 years procurement experience, preferably in retail/supermarket
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
Must reside within Lekki, VI, or nearby areas.
