Implementation of Promotions Ensure all promotional campaigns are launched on time and executed with 100% accuracy. This includes setting up displays, updating pricing, and ensuring that promotional stock is prioritized for the customer.
Shelf Health & Merchandising Maintain premium standards of "Shelf Health" by ensuring products are fully stocked, clean, correctly priced, and positioned according to planograms. You will ensure our brand maintains a "dominant share of shelf" at all times.
Customer Satisfaction and Service Deliver a world-class shopping experience. You will handle customer inquiries with expertise, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure that every interaction leaves a positive, lasting impression of the brand.
Administration & Reporting Manage all back-end requirements, including accurate daily sales tracking, stock level reporting, and providing feedback on competitor activity. You will ensure all paperwork and digital reporting are completed with high attention to detail.
