Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across digital platforms
Design and run growth experiments to reduce customer acquisition cost (CAC) and improve lifetime value (LTV)
Monitor daily campaign performance and provide actionable insights to meet growth targets
Optimize the end-to-end user journey from awareness to first transaction
Collaborate with design and product teams to develop high-converting marketing assets
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within tech-enabled platforms, mobile apps, or digital services
Proven track record of successfully acquiring and retaining users, particularly SMEs such as online vendors, wholesalers, and small business owners
Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms within the Nigerian market
Demonstrated experience managing significant monthly ad budgets with clear ROI accountability
Advanced proficiency in analytics and attribution tools such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and Excel for reporting and insights
Strong understanding of customer behavior, funnel optimization, and re-engagement/retention strategies
In-depth knowledge of the Lagos market, including digital and offline-to-online acquisition strategies
Ability to translate data into clear insights and communicate performance effectively to senior stakeholders
