Job Description
The Product Management Intern supports the Area Product Manager while participating in a structured learning experience designed to build practical knowledge and skills in product and project management. Through hands-on involvement in coordination, research, product planning, and cross-functional collaboration, the intern will develop a strong foundation in product management practices. With guidance and mentoring from experienced team members, the intern will progressively build professional and technical capabilities while making meaningful contributions.
Responsibilities
Product & Project Support:
Track and maintain visibility of the product development lifecycle, from discovery through to delivery.
Assist with the drafting and refinement of business cases and product documentation.
Support the shaping of content requirements and messaging briefs for campaigns and product initiatives.
Help coordinate cross-functional inputs for product planning and roadmap alignment sessions.
Research & Analysis:
Compile and synthesise data and information from multiple sources to support decision-making.
Produce reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as Microsoft Office and other relevant platforms.
Research and analyse information and present findings with clear recommendations.
Administrative & Operational Coordination:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for the product team.
Handle correspondence and communication; both written and verbal, professionally and efficiently.
Take accurate meeting minutes, maintain documentation, and distribute action items.
Assist with budget tracking activities including card reconciliation and basic financial record-keeping.
Coordinate travel arrangements as required.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the product management team environment and the Communication & Publishing Department at large.
Qualifications
Required:
Must be in possession of a valid temple recommend and be worthy to hold it.
Must be a young adult between the ages of 18 and 35.
Post graduate degree/diploma in Business studies or related field.
