Key Roles
Product Strategy & Vision:


Define the product vision and long-term strategy
Align the product with company goals and market opportunities
Identify target customers and value proposition.


Market & Customer Research:


Conduct market analysis and competitor research
Gather customer insights through feedback, surveys, and data
Identify customer needs, pain points, and trends.


Product Planning & Roadmap:


Develop and manage the product roadmap
Prioritize features based on impact, value, and feasibility
Set clear product goals, timelines, and milestones.


Requirements Definition:


Translate business needs into product requirements
Create product requirement documents (PRDs) or user stories
Work closely with stakeholders to refine features.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams
Act as the bridge between technical and business teams
Ensure smooth communication across departments.


Product Development Oversight:


Work with developers during the build phase
Ensure product is delivered on time and meets quality standards
Participate in sprint planning and reviews (Agile environment).


Product Launch & Go-to-Market:


Plan and execute product launches
Collaborate with marketing on positioning and messaging
Support sales with product knowledge and materials.


Performance Monitoring & Analytics:


Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Analyze product usage and customer behavior
Use data to make informed decisions and improvements.


Stakeholder Management:


Communicate product updates to leadership and stakeholders
Manage expectations and gather input
Ensure alignment across the organization.


Continuous Improvement:


Collect post-launch feedback
Iterate and enhance the product based on insights
Drive innovation and product growth.


Requirements


Qualification: Tertiary Degree of minimum BSc in Business Administration or any other related field. An MBA or MSc will be an added Advantage
Type of Experience: Expert in Product Development, Product Cycle Enhancement, Market Research, Product Advantage Strategy, Industry Analysis and Sales in the Automobile, Manufacturing or Product Driven Industry.
