Key Responsibilities:
Product Execution & Delivery:
Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements (PRDs, user stories, workflows)
Own feature delivery from ideation to release
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA to ensure timely and high-quality execution
Track product performance and iterate based on data and user feedback
Requirements & Systems Thinking:
Structure complex workflows
Define clear input/output frameworks for product features
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, refine, and prioritize requirements
Maintain well-organized documentation for features and processes
AI & Legal-Tech Product Support
Support the development of AI-assisted legal workflows (e.g., document generation, structured inputs)
Work on products involving legal documents such as contracts, court filings, and compliance tools
Partner with legal/domain experts to ensure accuracy and usability
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with designers to iterate on UI/UX and ensure usability
Collaborate with business, operations, and leadership teams to align on priorities
Support product demos, internal reviews, and stakeholder updates
Product Operations & Optimization
Monitor feature performance and identify improvement opportunities
Support analytics tracking and dashboard definition
Continuously improve internal product processes and workflows
Qualifications & Experience:
2 - 5 years of experience in Product Management or a related role
Experience working on digital products (web/mobile platforms, SaaS)
Experience writing clear product requirements and managing delivery cycles
Strong structured thinking and attention to detail
Ability to break down complex problems into simple, executable components
Good understanding of product development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum)
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
Nice to Have (Highly Valuable)
A degree in law
Experience in legal-tech or AI-powered products
Basic understanding of AI/LLM capabilities and limitations
Experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, or similar
