Responsibilities
Champion presentations and organization of promotional events
Write and coordinate all product literature in the company
Harmonize promotional and activities materials
Represent the company in pharma industry conferences, promotional and professional activities
Oversee training of MSRs and RSMs onproduct knowledge
Drive effective positioning of the brands and its awareness creation
Ensure effective target market definition and focus
Participate in aligning the 7Ps of marketing with the vision of the company
Initiate strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its product lines across all the target markets.
Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree / HND in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Biology, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry
Eight years Pharma sales or marketing experience as MSR / Manager.
Other Conditions:
They understand the whole rudiments of product knowledge and analysis.
They must possess competence in detailing, clinical meeting presentations
They must be very hard-working with high level of integrity and leadership skills to achieve set goals.
