Must Have Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
Experience working in a Microfinance Institution is mandatory.
Proven experience managing Logbook loan products, sales strategy, product growth and team leadership.
Strong knowledge of secured lending, business development and portfolio management.
