Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the end-to-end lubricant product portfolio, from market strategy to execution.
Develop and implement product growth strategies across retail, industrial, and bulk channels.
Drive pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategies for lubricant brands.
Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform product decisions.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations to drive volume and margin growth.
Lead product performance tracking, forecasting, and lifecycle management.
Support distributor and dealer development initiatives with technical and commercial product knowledge.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, product specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or a related discipline (MBA is an advantage).
Minimum of 5 - 10 years' experience in product management or commercial roles within the lubricant industry.
Must be currently working, or have worked within the last two (2) years, in a lubricant manufacturing, marketing, or distribution company.
Strong understanding of lubricant formulations, applications, and market segmentation.
Proven track record of driving product growth, market penetration, and revenue performance.
Experience working with retail networks, distributors, and industrial customers.
Excellent analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
