We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager - Enterprise IT Infrastructure, Cloud & Collaboration Services to lead the development, lifecycle management, and optimization of enterprise-grade infrastructure and cloud-based collaboration solutions.
The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap across enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, and collaboration services, ensuring alignment with business strategy, customer needs, and emerging technologies.
Job Description
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for:
Enterprise IT Infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualization, networking)
Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, hybrid cloud solutions)
Collaboration Services (email, unified communications, video conferencing, digital workplace)
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement to identify opportunities.
Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, operations, and sales teams to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.
Develop product positioning, value propositions, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans.
Define KPIs and measure product performance, ROI, adoption, and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, governance, and regulatory standards.
Act as the primary stakeholder interface for enterprise infrastructure and cloud service portfolios.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field
5 - 7 years of experience in Product Management within:
Enterprise IT Infrastructure
Cloud platforms (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Collaboration ecosystems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
Strong understanding of virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture.
Experience with Agile/Scrum product development methodologies.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex enterprise stakeholders.
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business case development skills.
