Key Job Outputs:


To meet sales budgets, implement market strategies and grow existing business
To analyse customer base and identify key influential customers
To handle and overcome product related objections
To manage customer satisfaction and expectations
Identify and analyse competitor information; analyse and identify gaps in the market
Compile and disseminate territory reports with action plans on identified short comings
Help give practitioner training within their therapeutic areas
Communicate product specific information and ensure monthly budget is exceeded
Submit variance reports with expenses
Conduct In Service Training (IST'S) in hospitals dialysis units
Arrange CME meetings for the HCP


Submit monthly activity report with following information:


Days in the field
Specific to needs of individual customers
Competitors information and activities
Strategy feedback
Training need identified
Planning and Organising
Following Instructions and Procedures
Deciding and Initiating Action
Verbal and written communication skills
Product knowledge
Ability to work under pressure

Requirements

Required Learning and Experience:


Relevant diploma in General/ Renal Nursing / Renal Technology Diploma or Equivalent
Previous Nephrology experience
Minimum 3-year experience in specialized Renal Nephrology / Renal Technical Equipment
Driver's licence
Computer Literacy i.e. MS word, excel, pp, etc
Sales experience (recommended)
Advance Wound Care & Ostomy experience/understanding will be an advantage
