Description


We are seeking to engage a young, vibrant, intelligent, and result-oriented lady to join our Production Team as a Production Auditor.
The ideal candidate must possess strong knowledge of food production, pastries, bakery, or kitchen operations, demonstrate exceptional leadership ability, and maintain the highest standards of integrity and accountability.


Key Responsibilities


Monitor daily production activities across the Bakery, Pastry, and Kitchen units to ensure strict compliance with approved recipes, production procedures, and quality standards.
Conduct routine and surprise audits of production processes to identify wastage, leakages, pilferage, and operational inefficiencies.
Verify raw material usage against production output and investigate all production variances.
Ensure proper documentation of material requisitions, production records, transfers, and stock movements.
Monitor adherence to hygiene, food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
Carry out physical verification of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products.
Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly production audit reports with recommendations for improvement.
Investigate customer complaints relating to product quality and recommend corrective actions.
Work closely with Production Supervisors, Inventory Officers, Procurement, and Management to improve productivity and minimize losses.
Ensure staff comply with company policies, standard recipes, portion control, and operational procedures.
Report all irregularities, policy violations, and disciplinary concerns promptly to Management.
Support Management in improving production efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining consistent product quality.


Requirements


Minimum of B.Sc. or HND in Food Technology, Hospitality Management, Home Economics, Catering Management, Nutrition, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
5 - 10 years' relevant experience in food production, bakery, pastries, restaurant operations, quality assurance, or production auditing.
Practical knowledge of bakery, pastry, kitchen, or food production processes.
Strong understanding of food hygiene, quality control, inventory management, and production standards.
Excellent analytical and reporting skills with keen attention to detail.
Good leadership and supervisory abilities with the confidence to enforce standards.
High level of honesty, integrity, professionalism, and unquestionable character.
Ability to identify operational inefficiencies, wastage, and non-compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
