Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager with full factory experience to oversee and manage our furniture production operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent measurement skills, and a sharp eye for detail to ensure all work meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day factory operations and production workflow
Interpret designs and ensure accurate measurements for all projects
Manage and supervise workshop staff and production teams
Ensure all furniture is produced to specification, on time, and to high quality
Prepare and review cutting lists and production plans
Monitor material usage and minimise waste
Maintain health and safety standards within the factory
Coordinate with designers and installation teams for smooth project delivery
Requirements
Proven experience as a Production Manager in a furniture manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of furniture production processes and machinery
Excellent measurement and technical skills
High attention to detail and quality control
Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
