Interested candidates should possess a Bachelors Degree or HND in Polymer Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a polymer/plastics manufacturing environment, prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is mandatory, professional certifications in production management or safety will be an added advantage and must not be more than 45 years at the time of application.
