KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, oversee and manage daily production operations to meet production targets.
Ensure product quality, food safety and compliance with industry standards.
Manage production resources, including manpower, machinery and raw materials.
Drive process improvement, cost efficiency and waste reduction initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Production Management or a related field.
At least 5 years' experience in a production management role in an FMCG manufacturing environment (wheat flour, maize flour or animal feeds).
Strong knowledge of production planning, quality control, food safety and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving and team management skills
