Drive EHS Culture improvement
Drive compliance in terms of Safety and Food safety requirements Management of Quality products
Enhance performance in line with TE/ NE and ME requirements Identify opportunities to improve production processes
Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management (Internal and External)
Build Capable, Diverse and engaged Teams focusing on Milling capability, Continuous improvement, OHS and TPW Culture.
Ensure PDRs are in place and tracked for all levelled reports
Maintain discipline through the effective application of the disciplinary code and adherence to the PepsiCo Code of Conduct.
Manage waste (damages, usages and stock count variances)
Strenghten and drive Cost Awareness Culture and accelerate Productivity
Qualifications
Grade 12
Valid Trade Test certificate in wheat and/ or Maize Milling
Five years years relevant experience (practical and theory) Qualification in Advanced Milling
SAP proficiency
Health and Safety standards, ie, AIB, FSSC22000, NSF, etc
Experience in managing diverse teams
