Responsibilities
Assist in the creation of high-quality multimedia content (including video, audio, print, and digital) in alignment with Church standards.
Contribute to the execution of production schedules and workflows as assigned, ensuring timely delivery of communication materials.
Work collaboratively with other team members to support the development of unified and engaging messaging including adaptation of content into multiple languages by in collaboration with translation team.
Set up, operate, and maintain production tools and software (e.g., cameras, lighting, audio systems, editing platforms) as directed, ensuring technical quality and reliability.
Review assigned production outputs for clarity, consistency, and adherence to Church guidelines prior to final approval.
Prepare, Format and optimize content for various platforms (web, mobile, social media, broadcast, print and other delivery channels) based on project requirements.
Organize and archive production files, assets, and documentation according to departmental guidelines
Maintain clear communication with the Production Manager regarding project status, resource needs, and any production-related issues encountered during production and/or requiring escalation.
Any other duty as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
Must be worthy of a Temple Recommend
A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communication, Film Studies, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a closely related discipline.
At least three (3) years of demonstrable experience in multimedia production
Proficiency in operating and maintenance of professional production equipment, including cameras, lighting systems, audio recording devices, and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to follow structured production workflows, adhere to timelines, and manage assigned tasks efficiently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional creative teams to support unified messaging and project goals.
Demonstrated attention to detail in reviewing content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with established Church standards and guidelines.
Familiarity with content management systems, and optimization techniques for various platforms (web, mobile, social media, and broadcast.
