Responsibilities
Develop new food and beverage products from concept to final production
Improve existing formulations, taste, texture and shelf life
Conduct product trials and scaling from kitchen to factory production
Supervise daily production activities and factory staff
Ensure quality consistency during production
Monitor pH, Brix, water activity and basic quality parameters
Work with ingredients, flavours, preservatives and packaging materials
Maintain hygiene, food safety and production standards
Assist in documentation and basic compliance
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or related field
Experience in food manufacturing or product development is an added advantage
Hands-on and creative mindset
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good understanding of food processing and production operations
Knowledge in beverages, sauces, snacks or bakery products is an added advantage
Must be organized, disciplined and willing to learn
