Production Supervisor at Presco

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure efficient production processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing production staff. maintaining quality standards, and meeting production targets.


Duties and Responsibilities:


Supervise and coordinate production team activities
Ensure production schedules are met on time
Maintain quality control standards and enforce safety regulations
Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs
Train, guide, and evaluate production staff
Prepare daily production reports


Qualification/Experience


Minimum of HND/BSc in Engineering or related field
Proven work experience of at least 5years in a production or manufacturing
environment, with supervisory responsibilities
Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role
Knowledge of production processes and standards
Good problem-solving abilities
Strong leadership and organizational skills
