Job Summary
We are looking for experienced Production Supervisors to oversee daily feed mill operations, ensuring efficient production, quality compliance, inventory control, and team supervision.
Candidates must have hands-on experience in either raw materials or finished products within a feed mill environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities and meet production targets.
Manage raw materials or finished products efficiently.
Ensure product quality and compliance with GMP and HSE standards.
Monitor inventory and maintain accurate production records.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.
Supervise, train, and motivate production staff.
Minimize waste and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Minimum of an SSCE qualification.
2-5 years years' experience in a Feed Mill.
Strong knowledge of feed manufacturing operations.
Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
