Production Support Specialist – Biometric Cards System at Sight and Sound Limited

Key Responsibilities


Provide Level 1, 2, and 3 support for the biometric card production system.
Closely monitor stock of consumables (cards, inks, ..)
Ensure proper inventory of stock (consumables and parts)
Monitor and maintain two production lines to ensure uninterrupted operation.
Perform preventive maintenance to avoid system downtime.
Conduct curative maintenance to resolve technical issues promptly.
Coordinate with suppliers for spare parts, warranty claims, and technical fixes.
Document and report incidents, maintenance activities, and system performance.
Ensure compliance with production standards and security protocols.
Report regularly to the HQ team in France with detailed updates and metrics.


Required Skills and Qualifications


Technical background in production systems, maintenance, and support.
Experience in operating and maintaining equipment in a production factory.
Knowledge of biometric card production processes is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Ability to work independently and coordinate with international teams.
