Job Summary


We are seeking a professional and guest-focused Front Office Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our hotel's front desk.
The ideal candidate will ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures, provide excellent customer service, and supervise the front office team to deliver a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.


Key Responsibilities


Supervise daily front office operations, including guest check-in, check-out, reservations, and inquiries.
Ensure excellent guest service by handling complaints, requests, and special needs promptly and professionally.
Train, schedule, and motivate front office staff to maintain a high standard of service.
Monitor room availability, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest readiness.
Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and front desk reports.
Implement and enforce hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Ensure front office equipment (computers, phones, POS systems) is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
Assist with staff performance evaluations and recommend improvements when needed.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly front office reports as required by management.
Act as the point of contact for VIP guests, groups, and special events when required.


Qualifications & Skills


Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of front office operations, hotel PMS systems, and reservation procedures.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Professional appearance and ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
High level of attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking ability.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
