Requirements :
Minimum of 4 years appropriate/recognizable experience in Nursing after registration as Professional nurse with the SANC in General nursing plus a post basic nursing qualification with duration of at least 1 year accredited with the SANC, Diploma in Clinical Nursing Science Health Assessment, Treatment and Care (R48) accredited with SANC Current (2026) SANC license to practice.
Duties :
Manage and provide comprehensive clinical PHC service in line with the existing legislative prescripts. Provide more complex and advanced comprehensive nursing treatment and care to patients in a cost-effective, efficient and equitable manner. Act as shift leader, plan and implement health promotion and prevention activities. Link to the community structures and community-based services.
Competently collect and manage data generated and be able to report on it. Exercise and maintain high-quality record-keeping standards. Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team. Provide PHC services to the institution's employees. Ensure compliance with the Ideal Hospital Realization Framework. Effective utilization of resources.
Provision of Support to Nursing Services. Maintain professional growth/ethical standards and self-development. Support the facility during disasters.
