Requirements:
Matric, Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council as a Professional Nurse plus a post-basic nursing qualification with a duration of at least one year Primary Health Care accredited with SANC. Current registration with SANC. Valid drivers license.
Experience:
Grade 1: A minimum of 4 years appropriate/recognisable experience in Nursing after registration with SANC as Professional Nurse.
Grade 2: A minimum of 14 years appropriate/recognisable experience in Nursing after registration with SANC as Professional Nurse.
Duties:
Manage and support the implementation of the HIV Prevention, Treatment and Care Services in different facilities. Manage and support implementation of HIV Prevention Strategies in line with the guidelines protocols. Implement Combination HIV Prevention services to improve the uptake and reduce new HIV infection.
Provide comprehensive package of care to clients accessing care including key and vulnerable populations accessing care. Ongoing support and mentoring for the provision of quality HIV Prevention services.
Ensure proper programmatic data management. Roving to identified clinics with the district. Liaise with different stakeholders to ensure optimal service delivery
