Program Manager - Inclusive Education at KidsCare Kenya

We are looking for a leader who combines strong program management with up-to-date knowledge of inclusive education practices, including evidence-based approaches for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.


You will lead:


Implementation of our SSU Quality Improvement Program Data-driven MEL, coaching structures & quality reviews
Innovation in inclusive and play-based learning
Collaboration with head teachers, SSU teachers, parents & government


Qualifications & Requirements


Degree in Education / Project Management / Development Studies
5+ years program management experience (inclusive/SNE preferred)
Current understanding of inclusive education methodologies & policy trends
High ambition, strong execution power and a structured, collaborative mindset
