About the Role
TLP Media is looking for an organized and proactive Program Officer to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the company's programs and initiatives.
The ideal candidate should be highly detail-oriented, creative, and capable of ensuring that projects and programs are delivered on schedule and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee company programs and projects.
Ensure programs are executed within timelines and budgets.
Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management.
Develop innovative ideas to improve program effectiveness.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain documentation and reports for all programs.
Ensure smooth execution of events and initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in program or project management.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in media, events, or creative industries is an advantage.
