We are seeking a proactive, organised, and results-driven Program Officer to support the planning, coordination, implementation, and documentation of the organisation\'s programmes and activities.

Key Responsibilities


Support the planning and implementation of programmes, projects, and school activities.
Coordinate programme activities, schedules, logistics, and stakeholders.
Monitor programme progress and ensure activities are delivered according to agreed plans.
Maintain accurate programme records, reports, attendance, and documentation.
Support communication and coordination with beneficiaries, partners, facilitators, volunteers, and other stakeholders.
Assist with programme monitoring, evaluation, and data collection.
Prepare programme updates, activity reports, and other required documentation.
Support the organisation of workshops, trainings, events, campaigns, and other programme activities.
Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
Ensure programme activities comply with organisational policies and procedures.
Support budgeting, procurement, and resource planning for programme activities where required.
Perform other programme-related duties as assigned.


Requirements


Minimum of OND/NCE; a Bachelor\'s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
At least 1 - 2 years of experience in programme coordination, project management, education, NGO, or a related environment.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
Strong documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
Proactive, dependable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Experience working with young people, schools, NGOs, or community-based programmes is an advantage.
