General:
Undertakes research on a range of HR related issues and prepares notes/reports;
Assists in the preparation of information circulars for HR related issues;
Provides general office support services; processes, drafts, edits, proofreads and finalizes for signature/approval, a variety of correspondence and other communications; performs budget preparation input monitoring and implementation in SAP, etc;
Generates and prepares reports pertaining to entitlements in line with Staff Rules and Regulations concerning travel entitlements, currency of payment of emoluments and rental subsidy;
Monitors issues on conditions of service of staff and advises the supervisor of any developments.
Performs other duties as required.
Education
Completion of high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Additional training in Certification of HR and SAP (Systems Applications Products) and (Enterprise Resource Planning) ERP courses is highly desirable.
Work Experience
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in information technology, information management, human resources management, administration or related area is required.
The minimum years of relevant experience is reduced by two years for candidates who possess a first level University degree.
Experience with self-service analytics and data visualization applications (MS PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau or similar) is desirable. ERP (Enterprise resource planning) or SAP (Systems Applications and Products) data reporting experience is desirable. A minimum of three (3) years of experience developing HR dashboards is desirable.
