About the role


As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering course maintenance, course customisation and other small-scale projects across our portfolio. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, tracking progress, coordinating stakeholders, supporting governance activities and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Working closely with Programme and Project Managers, you will act as a central coordination point across multiple workstreams, helping to establish consistent delivery practices, streamline administrative processes and support effective portfolio management.
You will also contribute to process improvement initiatives and help drive continuous improvement across the Programme Management function.


Additional responsibilities and accountabilities include:


Managing course maintenance and optimisation projects, coordinating stakeholders and production teams to implement updates across the portfolio.
Coordinating the customisation of courses and products for corporate clients, ensuring delivery aligns with agreed requirements and timelines.
Supporting the delivery of small projects and initiatives, including events, business development activities and marketing-related workstreams.
Acting as a central coordination point for project and programme governance activities, including project setup, stakeholder onboarding, reporting and administrative support for contract-related processes.
Collaborating with Programme and Project Managers to improve processes, tools, templates and ways of working.


This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40 - 60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.

You are a highly organised and detail-oriented coordinator who enjoys bringing structure to complex activities and supporting teams to deliver successfully. You thrive in a collaborative environment, are comfortable managing multiple priorities and take a proactive approach to solving problems and improving processes.


To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:


Experience supporting or coordinating projects within a project, programme or operational environment.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records.
Experience using project management and productivity tools to track activities, schedules and actions.
A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
