Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of human genornics programmes and projects
Coordinate cross-functional teams including laboratory, bioinformatics and research units
Manage project timelines, budgets, •resources and stakeholder engagement
Serve as the primary liaison for human genomics initiatives and partnerships
Oversee regulatory approvals, ethics submissions and compliance requirements
Ensure laboratory, data quality and operational standards are maintained
Support grant identification, proposal developmentand funding applications
Requirements
Master's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with at least 3 years of experience
Strong understanding of genomics, multi-omics, NGS workflows and bioinformatics
Proven experience managing complex scientific or research programmes
Experience with sequencing analysis software and informatics tools
Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills
Familiarity with ISO quality standards and regulatory processes
Ability to manage multiple priorities and multidisciplinary teams
