8 Years relevant experience
Registration as a Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa
Computer Literacy
SAP Proficiency
Valid Code EB Drivers Licence
Key Performance Areas
To develop the strategic direction for Maintenance and
Engineering within the Facilities Management Priority
Portfolio and Integrated Facilities Management.
Manage the portfolio in line alignment with ISO 55001, ensuring adherence with all applicable statutory and
compliance requirements
Accountable for Civil, Electrical and Mechanical maintenance at facilities within the FM Priority portfolio
Managing and administering of contracts and service level agreements in accordance with applicable City policies and procedures
Management and monitoring of programmes comprising of multiple projects varying complexity
