Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with planning and coordination of programs and the activities;
Monitor implementation of programme goals;
Ensure smooth running and coordination of the programme in various areas of jurisdiction;
Coordinate programme communication in sub counties;
Overseeing the development of programme deliverables;
Monitoring action plans and processes;
Support programme growth and development where necessary;
Attending staff meetings and taking minutes; and
Delegating tasks to appropriate team members.
Requirements for Appointment: -
Must be a resident of Kakamega County;
Leadership, coaching and mentoring of staff skills;
