Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Support the design and operationalization of project and organizational M&E frameworks, logic models, and performance management plans.
Develop and maintain data collection tools, indicator reference sheets, and reporting templates.
Coordinate regular data collection from field, implementing partners, and communities.
Conduct data validation and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Prepare high-quality M&E reports, dashboards, and success stories for internal and external audiences.
Facilitate periodic reflection sessions, learning events, and after-action reviews.
Contribute to documentation of best practices, case studies, and lessons learned.
Support dissemination of evidence and learning products to influence policy and practice.
Build the capacity of program and partner staff on M&E tools, data management, and results-based reporting.
Provide mentoring and technical support to field teams on monitoring methodologies and evaluation standards.
Participate in the design and implementation of baseline, midline, and end line studies, surveys, and impact evaluations.
Support data collection and analysis for thematic and cross-cutting research in areas such as SRHR and gender.
Location
The employee shall be based at the RHNK secretariat, and shall be required to travel at least 60% of their time.
Qualifications and Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Monitoring & Evaluation, Statistics, Public Health, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field. (Candidates with a master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in M&E within NGOs.
Proven experience developing and implementing M&E frameworks, PMPs, and indicator matrices.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools
Familiarity with donor reporting systems (USAID, FCDO etc.).
Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable recommendations and learning products
