Are you an experienced scheduler with strong Primavera P6, outage planning, and maintenance scheduling skills? We are looking for a qualified professional to support outage planning and execution in a high-performance industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed outage schedules using Primavera P6
Coordinate outage scope and work sequences with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Contractors, and Project teams
Monitor progress and update schedules daily
Identify schedule risks, delays, and resource constraints and support recovery plans
Use IBM Maximo to review work orders, labor requirements, and maintenance activities
Track critical path activities and recommend ways to minimize downtime
Prepare daily and weekly outage progress reports
Facilitate outage planning and scheduling meetings
Support outage closeout and post-outage schedule analysis
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
3+ years of scheduling experience in power generation, manufacturing, petrochemical, or heavy industry
Proficiency in Primavera P6
Experience with IBM Maximo or similar CMMS
Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, outages, and turnaround processes
Experience with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling
Prior outage or turnaround scheduling experience
Experience supporting power plants is an advantage
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills
