Job Summary
As the Project Coordinator, you will coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, documentation, costs, and stakeholder activities are effectively managed from project initiation through completion.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, site visits, schedules, milestones, deliverables, payment timelines, and action points across multiple projects
Liaise with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site supervisors to monitor progress, compliance, and timely project execution
Maintain project documentation including contracts, drawings, reports, variation orders, payment certificates, and project trackers
Assist with Bills of Quantities (BoQs), cost estimates, measurement take-offs, interim valuations, variations, and tender submissions
Support the Senior Project Manager with correspondence, meetings, reports, procurement coordination, and site logistics
Requirements
B.Sc. / HND qualification in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering, Architecture, or a related built-environment discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience in Project Coordination, Quantity Surveying, Construction, Plant Installation, or Industrial/Manufacturing projects
Strong project management skills with experience managing schedules, deliverables, multiple workstreams, and stakeholder follow-ups
Working knowledge of BoQs, measurements, cost estimates, valuations, payment certificates, and basic contract administration; NIQS membership/pursuit is an advantage
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project scheduling/tracking tools.
