Key Responsibilities
HSSEQ
Participating in training of Contractors on HSSEQ issues e.g. Work Site Safety Training to improve safety.
Ensuring all company installations are done within the group, company and statutory standards
Facilitating implementation and maintenance of certifications like ISSSRS and improvements resulting from Internal Audits, EDOC, TRA and SafetyTours Audits.
PROJECTS
Carrying out initial designs, preparing scope/specifications, tender documents and ensuring timely implementation of allocated projects within the agreed scope, time and budget.
Overseeing implementation of projects as per the procedures in place and to achieve the stated objectives.
Assisting in continuous value engineering to improve the value derived from both Projects and Maintenance programs.
MAINTENANCE
Supporting implementation of Preventive, Corrective and Predictive maintenance for all facilities and equipment.
Checking that the maintenance programs in place meet company requirements through review of key Performance Indicators KPIs of the various maintenance schedules.
Ensuring continuous improvement of maintenance of equipment and facilities
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Civil /Mechanical /Electrical Engineering
At least five (5) years' experience in project management and design on engineering processes
Knowledge of Technical & HSE Standards for Petroleum Sites
Good analytical and supervisory skills
High level of integrity and ability to work within strict deadlines
