Project Engineer III at Scruples Resources

Are you an experienced engineering professional with strong skills in project execution, engineering design, construction coordination, and project management? We are looking for a qualified Project Engineer III to support the successful delivery of major projects.

Key Responsibilities


Support engineering design evaluations and ensure projects meet budget and schedule objectives
Participate in ITT development, bid evaluations, and contractor selection
Support sourcing of long-lead equipment and coordinate FEED contractor activities
Coordinate CCAP Gate 3 deliverables and Functional Interaction Plans
Coordinate project issue resolution and change authorization processes
Ensure assigned work scopes are completed in line with project objectives
Coordinate with project teams and functional resources to ensure design and construction meet specifications and standards
Serve as the key interface between the Project Team and Contractors
Support smooth transitions between project stages
Lead the Project Management Team in applying project management systems
Provide technical support and act as backup to the Project Manager when required


Requirements


BS or MS degree in Engineering or a related engineering discipline
Experience in engineering, construction, project management, and project controls
Broad multi-discipline project experience
Strong knowledge of engineering design standards, specifications, and work processes
Strong leadership, coordination, influencing, and interpersonal skills
Excellent planning, organizational, and interface management abilities
Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
