This role offers hands-on exposure across the complete project lifecycle, from initial scheduling and stakeholder coordination to governance, quality assurance, and post-implementation reviews. It is ideal for an ambitious, detail-oriented ICT graduate or early-career project coordinator looking to build enterprise-grade project management expertise. Key Responsibilities. Planning, Scheduling & Delivery Assist project managers in drafting, maintaining, and tracking detailed work breakdown structures, project schedules, resource plans, and milestone budgets. Assist with change management documentation and verify compliance with standard project management frameworks and company policies. Stakeholder Coordination & Risk Management Serve as an operational liaison between internal business units, end users, systems engineers, and partner vendors. Proactively identify and log potential project bottlenecks, constraints, and delivery risks in the project risk register. Support timely escalation of unresolved impediments to ensure minimal disruption to project milestones. Quality Assurance & Post-Implementation Assist in quality assurance checks for technical deliverables and system change requests. Participate in project post-mortems, lessons-learned sessions, and operational handovers to client support teams. Qualifications & Requirements Education & Certifications Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Technology (BBIT), or a related ICT field. Professional certifications or coursework in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, or equivalent) are highly advantageous. Experience & Practical Exposure 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience or practical exposure in project coordination, PMO support, ICT support, or an enterprise technology environment (including completed internships or industrial attachments). Methodologies & Tooling Foundational understanding of standard project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Working proficiency with project tracking and productivity software (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project, Trello, Excel, and Google Workspace). Core Competencies & Soft Skills Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management capabilities with high attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for professional stakeholder engagement. Proactive mindset, curiosity to learn enterprise technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced team environments.
