Role Overview
We are seeking an intelligent, presentable, and proactive Project Manager - Capacity Building to coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing training projects, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring smooth delivery of capacity-building programs.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee training projects within Abuja and across Nigeria.
Liaise with international partners, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Manage project timelines, logistics, and reporting requirements.
Represent the company professionally in all engagements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Management, or related field.
Proven experience coordinating training or capacity-building projects.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
Presentable, confident, and adaptable to diverse environments.
Remuneration & Benefits
Salary: N250,000 - N400,000 / month.
