Responsibilities:
Monitor production processes to ensure all baked goods meet the brand's quality standards and are delivered on time.
Oversee the planning and execution of bakery-related projects such as launching new product lines, opening new outlets, or running seasonal promotions. This includes setting timelines, defining goals, and coordinating with teams like production, marketing, and sales.
Ensure efficient use of resources such as ingredients, equipment, and staff, works closely with kitchen staff and suppliers to maintain smooth operations while keeping costs and quality in check.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in project management, preferably within the food, bakery, or hospitality industry is required.
