Responsible for planning and overseeing Projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Responsible for planning and designating project resources, preparation of budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Responsibilities


Lead Requirements Elicitation, Business Requirements Analysis, Business Solution Assessment and Validation, Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring, Requirements Management and Communication, Stakeholder Analysis, Business Rules Analysis, Data Analysis, and formulation of Business Requirement documents (BRD)
Project portfolio management, Project Prioritization and Budgeting - Daily tracking of all bank technology and business projects, prioritizing with all stakeholders on project execution.
Drive the organization towards greater maturity in continuous improvement through review of Bank-wide processes and manuals and managing the change management team to ensure resource is focused in those areas requiring most support to achieve the transformational vision
Lead stakeholder relationship management: Develop and maintain one or more defined communication channels and/or stakeholder groups, acting as a single point of contact. Facilitate business involvement and ownership of new/future business requirements; documentation and or review of requirements/user stories/use cases.
Analyze business processes; identify alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommend new approaches. Contribute to evaluating the factors that must be addressed in the business change program.
Continuous Business process Re-engineering with the aim of optimized process efficiency
Assist Business users in identifying business problems, needs and functions, understand stakeholders' concerns and requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute business input for developing the business case for the technology-enabled solutions.
Assist in implementing problem solving sessions for identified gaps, Identification, escalation and follow through of identified key issues to unlock potential.


Qualifications


University degree preferably in Project Management, Business Administration or Information Technology or a related.
Lean Six Sigma (Green and Yellow Belt) Training.
Project Management (PRINCE II or PMP) is a plus.
5 years' experience in project management field with evidence of completed technology-related projects.
Professional Qualification in either Business Analysis, Project Management or Change Management: - CBAP/CCBA, CBPP, PMI-PBA, , ITIL, PMP, Prosci Change Practitioner, ITSM will be an added advantage.
