Key Responsibilities
Develop, update and maintain project program and plans.
Monitor daily site activities and record actual progress against planned work.
Prepare concise but comprehensive daily site progress reports, highlighting key activities and deliverables.
Track project milestones, critical activities and potential delays.
Collect and verify progress information from site engineers, QS, supervisors, subcontractors, etc.
Prepare weekly progress updates and support project performance reporting.
Identify program risks, delays and areas requiring management attention.
Maintain accurate project control records, including progress data, schedules and reporting documentation.
Work with the Project Management Office to ensure consistent planning, executing and reporting within project sites.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree / HND in Civil Engineering, Building, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel and Office
Ability to understand construction drawings, work sequences and project schedules.
Ability to measure and report physical progress accurately.
Understanding of construction planning, project controls and basic delay analysis is an advantage.
Knowledge of Primavera is an added advantage
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to obtain information from different site teams and present it clearly.
Proactive in identifying delays, risks and site constraints.
Able to work independently and meet daily reporting deadlines.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
